MaevaDrape shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, your purchase of our products, or any delay or inability to use our services. We do not assume responsibility for any damages resulting from improper care, normal wear and tear, or alterations made to our garments after delivery. 4. Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from MaevaDrape. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, you may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, damage caused by the customer, or missing tags will not qualify for a refund.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
